As you and your staff adjust, getting to grips with all the new functions and how to use them can take time. ChiroTouch software provides numerous features and benefits and includes in-application, context-sensitive help, and an extensive collection of over 400 articles and FAQs, plus dozens of training courses and videos that can help ease your transition to cloud-based ChiroTouch.
You can start learning the system the first time you log in with in-app guidance and tutorials. Then, search our knowledge base or chat with a product expert in the Community whenever you have a question. After that, you and your staff can learn as you go using embedded intuitive in-app guidance.

Help is never more than a few clicks away using our extensive online resources. We give you more choice to find the answers and information you need, which means you can transition faster and onboard staff quickly. So, no matter what you’re doing, you can learn how to do anything in ChiroTouch, from the basics to the more advanced features.
Here are nine ways to take advantage of our scalable, convenient, multichannel support:
1. ChiroTouch Community
ChiroTouch Community is where you will find our knowledge base of articles, videos, and courses – right at your fingertips. With ChiroTouch Community, you can talk with your peers through a professional discussion thread. Community discussions are monitored by ChiroTouch staff and customers, and a real person answers your questions.
When you start using cloud-based ChiroTouch, and you’re logged in, you’ll find many helpful links and options to choose from, including:
- Our Feature Banner
- ChiroTouch Spotlight
- Search Bar
- Discussion Boards
We’ve also included important external resources, including our Community Code of Conduct, state associations, data migration services, and more.
2. Discussion Boards
You can find answers fast by viewing the Discussion Boards in ChiroTouch Community. When you come into the Community seeking answers and don’t see a relevant one, you can create your own discussion.
You can also answer discussion questions other ChiroTouch customers have asked. Any discussion you create and any comments you leave on other discussions will be visible to all members of the entire ChiroTouch Community.
3. Free Text Search
Free text search allows you to use keywords and features to search the system. When you search for a keyword or feature, your results screen will show you articles that potentially address your question. Click on View More to expand the list of terms that fit your search parameters.
4. Ask Mabel
If you do not see what you are looking for, ask Mabel, our chatbot. You can reach Mabel by clicking on Chat with an Expert in the bottom right corner and asking her a question. Mabel will return relevant articles or videos.
5. Tutorials, Videos, In-App Guidance
- As you and your staff adjust, getting familiar with all the new functions and how to use them can take time. Using ChiroTouch, help is never more than a few clicks away. You can learn about anything from the basics to the most advanced features. You learn as you go using different resources, including dozens of tutorials and videos to help, plus more:

6. Chat with an Expert
By clicking Chat with an Expert, you’ll be connected to Mabel first. If Mabel can’t help, you’ll be connected directly to someone on our Support team who can assist you with your question. Live support is available between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday.
7. ChiroTouch Spotlight
Our ChiroTouch Spotlight area can be your go-to each time you enter the Community. In this area, you can stay up to date with the most recent updates in What’s New. In addition, you may see fun facts, articles on chiropractic resources beyond our software, and information about our community guidelines. There may also be polls, music playlists for your office, and other items of interest.
8. Create a Support Case
You can create a new support case within the Community at any time. When you click Create Case, you will have the opportunity to search our knowledge base or create a case. If you choose to create a case, we also provide you with the chance to include detailed information and screenshots, all in the same place.
Of course, you can still contact our Support team to report an incident if you need immediate assistance for a critical situation such as an outage or work stoppage. All cases are followed up by a member of our Support team ASAP.
9. See, Vote, and Suggest Enhancement Ideas
ChiroTouch Community also includes an Idea Area. The Idea Area is where you can view if someone has already suggested a feature you’d like to see. We encourage you to upvote any ideas you want, as this is one way our developers assess what future features to work on. You can create a new suggestion if your idea is not there already.
So, whether you are voting on an existing idea or suggesting something new, your thoughts and upvotes are vital as they will help prioritize future enhancements.
