Compliance Scan: A Thank You and a Product Update

Celebrating Rheo Compliance Scan’s First Week and the Impact It’s Already Made Possible

For months, the ChiroTouch team has been working closely with industry-leading experts like KMC University and chiropractors like yourself to design a one-of-a-kind AI solution that reviews your notes and billing codes to catch mismatches before they become risks. The goal was simple: reduce the likelihood of audits and give you more confidence in your documentation.

This is how Compliance Scan came to life.

On December 4th, we launched this solution to all ChiroTouch Cloud customers. In less than a week, Compliance Scan reviewed more than 12,000 notes, caught thousands of mismatches, and generated an overwhelming amount of real-world feedback. Your engagement is helping us refine and strengthen the tool faster than we could have imagined.

We cannot thank you enough for sharing your thoughts. We are deeply grateful for your input and partnership as we continue to improve this experience together.

What We’ve Already Improved

Time Attribution Fix

Minutes are now assigned to the correct charge (e.g., massage vs. ultrasound), preventing over-crediting of time-based units.

Self-check-in Subjective Notes

Improved detection of anatomical regions so region tagging works correctly, including for 5-region codes.

Extraspinal DX Recognition

Enhanced logic to better identify and classify extraspinal diagnoses.

SI Joint Interpretation

Updated rules so SI findings are properly counted as two regions when appropriate.

Dashboard Enhancements

  • Toggle between the legacy view or new view
  • Filters now persist when navigating away
  • “All Providers” includes encounters with No Provider
  • Notes missing SOAP sections, charges, or diagnoses now correctly appear as Incomplete
