Dr. Steven Chen: “I love the accessibility of the program.”

I’m a new user to the cloud based ChiroTouch and have been using it for a few months so far. The experience so far has been great. I love the accessibility of the program. That’s not to say there were no issues along the way, but the support team is helpful and relatively quick in their response (usually in a day or two after you create a case) to your issues. I’ve recently had a complex issue with the program and the tech support representative, Cauley B. (great manners, pleasant to speak with, and very knowledgeable!) was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
