CT Revenue early access:

Everything you need to know

What is CT Revenue, and why are you introducing it now?

CT Revenue is built into ChiroTouch Cloud to help your team spot supported revenue issues earlier and reduce avoidable follow-up. We selected your practice because your experience can help us improve CT Revenue and shape the future of chiropractic care.

What is included in early access?

Early access includes selected capabilities for patient intake, benefits, coding suggestions, eligible primary claims, exceptions, routine payments, and outcome reporting. Which workflows apply depends on your payer, specialty, visit, claim, and payment setup; we’ll review that with you.

How will it work within my current ChiroTouch workflow?

CT Revenue works within familiar ChiroTouch Cloud workflows for registration, visits, claims, and payments. It shows supported issues and next steps, and your feedback will help us see how well it fits a real practice day.

What does it automate, and what still requires my team?

Automation depends on the workflow and your practice’s coverage. CT Revenue can surface issues earlier, submit eligible clean primary claims, and handle supported routine payments. Your team reviews exceptions, coding decisions, and work early access does not support; CT Revenue does not automate the full revenue cycle.

Can eligible primary claims submit automatically, and what happens when a claim is incomplete or invalid?

Yes, when supported. Eligible clean primary claims can be submitted automatically; incomplete or invalid claims are held with a reason for your team to review.

What coding support is included?

Coding Assistant offers suggestions from visit notes for supported payers and visit types, initially in chiropractic. A person makes the final coding decision; automatic coding and corrections are not included in the beta.

How do routine ERA decisions and payment posting work?

CT Revenue can match and post supported routine ERA payments. Your team handles unclear or sensitive items; paper EOBs and bank reconciliation may still need manual work.

What workflows are not supported in early access?

Automatic claim attachments, secondary-claim submission, paper EOB conversion, bank reconciliation, automatic coding or corrections, and broad multi-specialty automation are not included.

Is my practice and claim mix a good fit for early access?

Early access is intended for ChiroTouch Cloud practices focused on chiropractic, primary claims, and electronic remittances, with manageable attachment and exception volumes. Your knowledge of the practice helps us make that decision.

What will participation require, and when should I expect to see results?

Participation includes setup, training, a guided start, trying selected workflows, sharing feedback, and reviewing results. Your team stays involved in exceptions and important decisions. We’ll confirm review timing before the beta; measures may include denials, rejected claims, payment posting, staff time, and collections. Early results are for learning, not a promise of ROI or performance. Your feedback helps us understand what the results mean in practice.
