"So really for me the biggest thing with ChiroTouch was the fact that it is customizable, and I like that it was an all-in-one type of feature were everything integrated together, the SOAP notes, the billing, the scheduling, and it's allowed me, because of that to keep a much better handle on the practice from a management side. Being able to see what staff is doing what. Patients in the flow; in the check-in and check-out. So it's nice to have a kind of snap shop where I can have a look at the entire practice, verses having to be segmented in multiple different software programs."

Here's the beautiful thing about ChiroTouch. You can edit it to whatever you want it to do, make it run to how you want it to run.

The alerts are awesome. We do the alerts for patient education, we do alerts for any financial situation, we use alerts for anything you can make up.

We do PI cases, the notes come out excellent to send to other physicians, attorneys, whatever it may be. The notes are professional looking, the detail is excellent. I can get as detailed as I want, and I can be as general as I want. Which has been great.

Since we’ve incorporated ChiroTouch into our practice, I basically don’t have to worry about my notes any more. Which is really the biggest thing, as a doctor that’s the last thing that you want to have to do. Especially when you get insurance rejections or questions regarding your insurance it’s just so easy to print everything out and send it, and so that’s really been the biggest thing for me.
