The CT VoiceRecorder is a utility program that records personal greetings and announcements for use with the Announcer and SignIn applications, and it conveniently stores a list of these recordings in its own database.
The CT VoiceRecorder creates the broadcast voice that greets and directs the patients as mentioned in the CT SignIn and CT Announcer functions. The program provides full flexibility and control in creating personalized voice recordings. It is essentially linked to all other ChiroTouch Premium Patient Sign-In applications. Most recording functions can be completed by using the keyboard, thus reducing the need to point and click with the mouse and allowing the user to create recordings with lightning speed.
The CT VoiceRecorder will create and store three types of audio files: patient names, rooms and miscellaneous greetings. The program can be customized to store multiple personalized patient audio files which will be used in combination with rooms and miscellaneous greetings. The combinations of these audio files produce the broadcast of a patient being greeted, as in the CT SignIn, and of a patient being directed to a certain room, as in the CT Announcer.
The VoiceRecorder can generate three main types of voice records. The Master voice recording is a standardized voice recording for all audio files that can be used throughout the office and is shared between doctors and staff. Doctors can create their own voice recordings for all audio files. This may prove useful for those doctors who wish to provide a more personalized touch and differentiate their practice in this manner, or if certain exam rooms are doctor specific. The Auto Generated voice recording option will produce a default voice if no pre-recorded message exists, and it works on a unique phonics system of text recognition. All of these voice record options can be used collectively in the VoiceRecorder application.
