  The CT Provider is an enhanced version of the Provider application within ChiroTouch Basic. It provides the same functionality yet has more features, and the utility is much faster. The program functions are tied to the CT SignIn and CT Announcer. Through CT Provider, the doctor can see which patients have signed in and prompt the Announcer to direct the patient into a specified treatment room.All ChiroTouch Provider functions, such as Treatment Notes, Chart Notes, Treatment Plan, Diagnoses, Records, Alerts and Charges, are now collectively located on this screen and separated into sections. Each section is color coded for a clean and clear visual reference. The dashboard design gives the doctor an overview of all tasks necessary to complete a patient’s appointment. New sections, such as Images and Listings, give the doctor an added advantage in viewing images and making point of reference notations without ever having to leave the treatment room. The user interface is both easy and fun to use. Interactive links will pop up with a touch or click of the screen. Click within these pop-ups to access even more links while still being able to view the main Provider screen. With only a few touches of the screen, the doctor can open and edit a collection of macros to enter chart notes and create a treatment plan in less time than it takes to look for a pen. The CT Provider all-in-one screen truly accommodates a heavy patient flow schedule. The application allows the doctor to spend less time entering information into patient files between visits. There is no need to tab through the application to find certain functions and therefore increase the risk of getting lost in the system and wasting valuable time.
