Automate patient flow with CT Announcer.

The CT Announcer’s specific functions are to call the patient to the next available table or treatment room and to monitor the assignment of rooms. The Announcer works independently from the SignIn application yet recognizes those patients in the waiting room queue. Although the Announcer works independently from the CT VoiceRecorder, it will use the broadcast voice created in the VoiceRecorder application. This program replaces the tasks your staff must take to personally direct patients into their appointed rooms.

The system will announce the next patient when his or her status changes to “checked in”. A patient may be checked in by the doctor or the front desk according to office procedures. Either the doctor or the front desk will assign the patient to a specific room, and the Announcer will broadcast an announcement that directs the patient to move into the specified room.
