Adding a new or walk-in patient to the daily schedule is a snap, as ChiroTouch visually displays all doctors’ schedules clearly.  Your staff will be able to manage room occupancy with ease, as the screen shows which rooms are in use.  Patient status is displayed in real time, so the front desk will immediately know when a patient is ready to be checked out.  The provider will see all changes on their screen that pertain to their patients.

Additional Display Features

You can custom color code appointments so that your front desk staff can easily recognize patients’ treatment types in the flow manager.  Another great feature is the patient balance indicator.  Patient names will be marked to indicate an outstanding balance.  At the end of the day, if you still see the symbol by any of the checked-out patients, you’ll know to follow up with your staff and find out why payment wasn’t collected.
