With our unique messaging system, you can throw away your tattered appointment book for good.

We understand how busy you and your office staff are you’re your daily practice demands, so we essentially configured our interoffice messaging to follow you around.  You will never have to leave your desk or exam room to receive and send messages to yourself and staff, and these messages can be easily accessed through every ChiroTouch application. 

If your staff has an important message for you but cannot step away from a busy front desk, the message can easily be lost or forgotten.  ChiroTouch allows that message to be transmitted quickly and without slowing down other tasks.  With one touch of a button that is located inconspicuously on every screen, your messages are waiting for you.  We’ve given you full functionality with your interoffice mail to delete, reply and forward and even print your messages.  Messages are user specific, so only you will be able to view your message inbox and maintain privacy.

Our interoffice messaging is just another way of evolving toward a paperless office.

ChiroTouch supplements its interoffice messaging with an Alerts function.  The system will automatically produce alerts based on patient account limits, patient birthdays, and claims processing.  You can create your own alerts that can be displayed to your patients through their self check-in.  You can even view and sort alerts for all or selected patients to help you determine if any potential issues exist before a patient’s office visit.  Alerts can be accessible only to providers and front desk users; like the interoffice messages, they can be accessed from every screen with one touch of a button.
