Post diagnoses quickly and accurately.

It's easy to post detailed diagnoses in ChiroTouch. Simply select the category and apply diagnoses with their precise codes. Create your own list of diagnoses that can be organized into categories for quick retrieval and posting. Your list is available to you right on the screen, so you won't need to look anywhere else to get the information you need.

If touchscreen optimization isn't enough to get you moving, we've added more features to let you post your diagnoses in no time. If things haven't changed since the patient's last visit, simply press the SALT (Same As Last Treatment) button, and you are ready to move on. You can easily copy diagnoses from any previous appointment. Once posted, your diagnoses are communicated immediately to the front desk; if you make any changes, these will be instantly updated as well.
