Simply enter new notes or scroll through an accessible list of appointment dates to copy notes from a previous visit. Use a single note format or SOAP format - the choice is yours!

Custom Macros

To save you even more time, we've custom built our software to provide you with a colossal cache of macros that you can use exclusively for your chart notes. Compatible with touchscreen technology, the macro buttons will automatically insert text based on your most commonly used sentences. With only a few touches of the screen, your notes will be completed without you ever having to type a single word. The mascros are completely customizable, and new macro sets can be created specifically for each associate in your office.

Voice Recognition and Tablet PC

Our chart notes is integrated with Dragon Naturally Speaking® voice dictation software, which gives you the ability to program voice macros that will enter paragraphs of text based on one spoken word. For more options, use your tablet PC to handwrite your notes directly on the screen. Lastly, you can always type your notes using your keyboard or the symbols provided for you on the screen.

Documentation Protection

When you electronically sign your chart notes, the system will lock your notes to prevent other associates or personnel from editing them. You'll also have the notes accurately stamped with the time and date of your last entry. You can be assured that the integrity of your notes is secure and compliant with documentation standards.
